Luke founded YouNeek Productions in 2013 to create a platform to produce original content. Having studied Media Production, Luke honed his craft scriptwriting for both EastEnders and Hollyoaks and developed the art of storytelling with a creative eye.

Passionate about everything creative, and with an RTS Best Short Documentary under his belt, Luke takes a hands-on approach when it comes to video production.

Dale Webb is an award-winning TV producer, with a media career spanning four decades.

He began his career as a newspaper reporter, progressing through radio and television before taking up the role of presenter at ITV News.

Later moving into the commercial sector, he played a role at a hugely successful production company, working on accounts such as Audi, VW, American Express, the DTi, PWC, Glaxo Smithkline and many others.

He initially joined YouNeek Productions as a consultant in 2023, before taking on a full-time role in helping to grow the company.

Dom is one of the longest serving crew we have, and that speaks for itself.

Dom is extremely talented, and an absolute pleasure to work with both from our point of view and the clients. He’s more than just a Camera Operator, he takes care of his work, the people he’s working with, plus all of the technical aspects that comes with filming, lighting and audio.

Dom works across the world and has countless high profile clients against his name. A great person, with amazing talents.

A photographer for 17 years, Karen is the happy, smiley face behind some of YouNeek’s beautiful photos. Specialising in corporate, commercial and branding work, Karen is based in Leamington Spa but travels all over the country, snapping up an incredible portfolio.

Karen balances her busy photographer life with being a mother of two teenagers, a feat in itself. Karen is the happy and bubbly face always with a camera in one hand and a big cup of tea in the other.

Dan is one of our newest recruits having worked with Dale closely for a number of years. He’s now gone on to work on many projects with us, both as lead camera operator within a crew and working as a solo camera operator directly with our clients.

That goes to show the trust we have in his ability, but also his care of clients. Dan also has travelled across the world filming and editing projects, which goes to show his calibre of quality.

A pleasure to work with, who may not talk all of the time, but when he does, it is usually dry and very funny.

Josh John has been creating pictures and telling stories of one kind or another for the past 13 years.

Always been fascinated by creating narratives through imagery, which is why he enrolled in the documentary photography course at the University of Portsmouth. This is where he learned to see, to be selective, be tasteful and started developing a style.

Crafting stories and editorials for ISS World, Just Eat, Milwaukee Tools and Harley Davidson amongst many more.

Joe is YouNeek’s drone operating maverick, taking to the skies to deliver some of the best aerial shots for YouNeek projects. Having started in 2014 as a drone operator, Joe has been in the profession since the profession started.

Having a passion for technology and gadgets, Joe has always had a gift with model planes and drones. It’s not just Joe’s work that attracted YouNeek to him but his love of technology and his passion for drone work and aerial filmmaking. Joe has worked with YouNeek on several projects and his love for tech and production makes each shoot a blast.

Poppy Valentine is one of the most recognisable faces in YouNeek’s arsenal with a cheery smile and infectious personality. Poppy is a presenter, broadcaster and voice-over artist who has worked with several notable organisations including AstraZeneca, Sky and Primal Living.

Poppy always brings the bright energy to a shoot and presents every piece to camera with the kind of enthusiasm that comes with her in depth experience. Her approach is natural, personable, and professional, understanding the importance of reaching out and engaging with the viewers, whilst tailoring her style to every audience.

Kasia is the secret weapon within the business. Working with all of the creatives within YouNeek Productions, can be fun, but also needs organising. That is Kasia’s speciality having come from Management, Events and Conferences in previous careers.

For a growing Production Company, we can often be working on 10+ projects at a time. All of which need scheduling, logistics, crews, briefs, communications to client and crew, file management, project management and then feedback and checks during the post production phase.

Having Kasia manage this is invaluable for us, but also puts us a step above other creative businesses as we really do take care of every single detail. Well, Kasia mainly!

Sam Hatton Brown has a unique background coming from the Gaming Industry for over 10 years. Her editorial skills are amazing, with a speciality of being able to craft compelling narrative and stories.

Sam will always go above and beyond for the people she works with, and is always bringing new ways and solutions to the post production process.

Working on some of our biggest clients, Sam is an asset for both us and you.

Ana grew up in Brazil – after completing her degree in Journalism she travelled to England at the age of 21 to learn English and experience a different culture.

First starting in London doing professional journalism and street photography, and now, 20 years on, based in Warwickshire, offering photography for brands and people with soul, who want to tell their visual story in a unique and engaging way.
