Brief

This event sizzle film being the next project to get commissioned in our exciting relationship with Gallagher Security.

The team at Gallagher were extremely proud of the stand they had designed and build for a 3 day event at TSE, hosted at NEC Birmingham. What better way to share that pride by gathering invaluable content of their full team all together and on their stand with their customers.

We were delighted to capture this for them. However, we ensured they were maximising our time and their budget with our recommended approach. With special guests, global partners and staff from different countries all coming for the event we had a plan.

It wasn’t just about creating one event sizzle film. There were multiple videos we could provide here from demos, market insights and industry expert pieces all for Gallagher Security to utilise throughout their marketing.

Our
solution

Our production was split over 2 days. Each day had different briefs based on attendance and the busier day.

The first day was the one we were aiming to get the most amount of content from their team. Energy was high, the stand was amazing and they had more time to give us that morning. That structure and plan was essential to us getting the most out of our time together.

The second day enabled more pick ups of customer interactions, generic B roll both on the stand and around the event itself.

Dale, working as Producer on the day had questions planned for each member of the team going on camera ensuring a slick, natural and smooth conversation. For their story, but also for sound bytes that could be used as multi purpose content.

2 day shoots do allow for creativity as we have more time and space to plan necessity footage and to try different things.

Outcome

Event sizzle films, and any form of sizzle video must provide a “wow” reaction. And that is exactly what we got from Gallagher Security. No feedback, just wow.

That’s why we do it, and what we always strive for.

Having the time and space to get the necessary footage and creativity of our own ideas really worked. It goes to show what can be done with a true collaboration and the budget that allows this approach.

8 videos is a great number to have as they provide content across 4 or 5 platforms, plus future promotional use at events, pitches and presentations.

The event sizzle film was taken to New Zealand immediately after the event, as we turned it around in 48 hours. It received the same reaction in their founding offices.
